Distributed bug tracking isn't common so the possible usecases aren't widely known. Document the use cases I make use of and have verified to be useful. This should be done after I've added synchronization with other bug trackers since that will be an important use case.
Some use cases I have:
1. Bug tracker for a project
2. Track the bugs and tasks for a project with a suggested schedule
3. Overview of several projects bugtrackers
4. Aggregate bugs from other projects all in one place to follow
