Figure out how to put forth a good effort to open a tab/start a webbrowser when running on Linux and starting the web UI.
I've added support for trying command line browsers in an order. I still need to do the graphical browsers.
I've added support for first trying to open a new tab in an existing browser window and then opening a new graphical browser. I only support Firefox and Chrome because I hear no other browser is really used by developers on Linux.
